About Frank Steinberg

I am a business, aviation, and trial lawyer whose professional purpose is to help businesses, their executives, and employees protect their legal interests and obtain compensation when they have been wronged. I choose to be responsible for my own firm. Being an entrepreneur runs in my family and I relish the independence and personal responsibility. They\'re in my blood. There’s an added factor. Our clients often are smaller businesses and the people who own and work for them. They often need help navigating the complex and confusing world that is the American legal system. While our clients bring us different problems – no two are ever identical – they are similar in that each one affects real people in a personal and direct way. Sometimes those problems are minor, but often they are “bet the company” cases. Helping our clients resolve those situations favorably is why my law firm exists.Much of our practice is employment law. We help businesses, executives, and current and former employees. When litigation is necessary we represent employers and employees in federal and state courts and agencies. We prepare and negotiate employment agreements, non-competes, and severance agreements. We provide companies with day-to-day employment counseling and conduct internal investigations. We are active in aviation law, often representing pilots in FAA enforcement and civil penalty actions, aircraft purchases and sales, and representing airports and other aviation businesses with a variety of issues. We do other things as well, and if you have a situation that requires legal help, I hope that you will call and discuss it with me. Last but certainly not least, I’m the father of two great kids, the older of whom works in government relations in Washington, DC, and the younger in public relations in New York City. Improbably perhaps, my best friend of 41 years has found a way to make a two-lawyer marriage with me not only work, but thrive.
