   Leads EPRI\'s DC (Data Center) Flex Demonstration and Deployment workstream - efforts to help shape the future design and impact of data centers on the grid, in communities, and in society. Leads EPRI’s lighting department and all associated lighting and lighting control research. Lead researcher for all EPRI indoor agriculture projects. SME on End Use Robotic / Humannoid applications and SME on / researcher of connected RCI devices. Staff manager of remote and in-office staff at EPRI, project set lead, program leadership team member, technology scout, and emerging concept and scouting SME. Key contributor to EPRI\'s electrified agriculture, connectivity protocol, and power quality researchSupervisor of various base and supplemental projects, electrification consultant, fenestration researcher, and data center compute technology project manager / technical consultant. Additional work includes cross-sector research, innovative technology research, technology scouting, new product development and testing, end-use product evaluation and testing. Supervision of EMI testing and results reviewer, supervision and management of the installation and use of field monitoring systems, cross team / intra-sector management of Flicker, Harmonics, CVR, Power Factor and other testing projects. Project, professional, and leadership mentoring, – including team management, management of multiple simultaneous technical projects and efforts. White paper and technical article authorship, as well as regular creation of bids and proposals for utilities funders, government initiatives, and manufacturer-led projects. Ongoing direct support of internal and external customers - including fostering new external and internal relationships. Technical Report and Tech Transfer review, creation, and presentation.
