Hi, I\'m Frank,I’m a dynamic, solutions-driven builder and leader with a proven record of delivering complex design-build and design-bid-build projects across commercial, federal, and mission-critical markets. I’ve managed construction in 6 states, 1 U.S. territory, and 2 foreign countries including managing the largest building by square footage in the state of Oregon–PDX8, a $500M+ Amazon Robotics Fulfillment Center in Woodburn, Oregon. Since then, I’ve delivered multiple large-scale “big box” projects for Amazon and Skechers. PSP3 Project Viento became Amazon’s fastest IXD ever built—finishing four months ahead of schedule—and was the first fulfillment center in North America to achieve Zero Carbon Certification.
