Healthpeak is a publicly traded (NYSE: DOC) diversified real estate investment trust (REIT) that owns and develops healthcare real estate for Life Science and Outpatient Medical tenants. Janus Living (NYSE: JAN) is a pure-play senior housing real estate investment trust. We own high-quality communities across the United States that support residents with thoughtfully designed, highly amenitized environments.Janus Living owns a high-quality portfolio of senior housing communities offering a comprehensive range of care and services in highly desirable markets with strong demographic demand.Frank is a key member of Healthpeak\'s Senior Leadership team and oversees their Global Risk Management program, which includes Insurance Placement, Compliance, Litigation Management, Claims Handling and Loss & Risk Control of their multi-billion dollar, 700+ property portfolio, as well as the Janus Living portfolio.Prior to joining Healthpeak, since 2005, Frank was the Senior Vice President of Risk & Legal Affairs and the Compliance and Privacy Officers, for Silverado. Frank was a key member of Silverado\'s Executive Team, overseeing Silverado’s Corporate Risk Management, Legal, Compliance/Ethics, Governance and Safety departments. Frank has been the recipient of numerous National and Industry awards. He is a highly visible, collaborative and transparent Senior Leader within the Insurance, Risk, Real Estate and Healthcare Industries. He has been profiled in multiple Insurance, Real Estate, Healthcare and Legal and Risk publications and is a reoccurring, “Ask the Expert” columnist for Risk & Insurance Magazine. Frank co-chairs several Risk and Legal committees and is a frequent speaker and commentator at Insurance, Compliance, Risk and Legal educational seminars and conferences.
