Duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to develop cost-effective plan and schedule. Tracks and controls construction schedule and associated costs to achieve completion of project within time and monies allocated. Select and coordinate work of subcontractors working in various phases of the project. Oversees performance of all trade contractors and review engineering drawings to ensure that all specifications are being followed. Supervises all project personnel, reviews their reports, checks and corrects any reported deficiencies. Reports to Owners about progress and any necessary modifications of plans that are indicated.
