About Frank Rabe
Frank grew up on a farm in South Africa and moved to the United States after graduating from the University of Stellenbosch with a Bachelor of Science degree. Frank has experience in policy writing, implementation and auditing of Quality Assurance programs while using a wide variety of analysis tools to identify and exploit operations opportunities.
