Some of my greatest professional satisfaction comes when I can help a business make great technology choices that improve productivity and profitability. I have excellent technical knowledge honed from years of development experience. And, I understand the business impact that technology can bring. I always focus on making sure that technical solutions meet the organization’s needs. I’m equally comfortable talking with business and technical teams, and have a talent for helping development teams understand business needs while explaining technical concepts and solutions to business leaders. Over the course of my career, I’ve managed tight budgets and created quality software solutions with very limited resources. But I never compromise on quality or functionality. Some of the systems I’ve designed have lasted more than 20 years in production.I stay up-to-date on new and emerging technologies to ensure my teams are creating best-in-class solutions that encompass software development, database administration, and implementation of packaged applications. I’ve delivered multiple large-scale transformational projects including employee mobility, employee productivity, finance, ERP, warehouse management, and HRIS solutions.With a collaborative leadership style, I have successfully built, led and mentored high performing IT teams.
