    Advise Department of the Navy (DON) and Department of Defense (DoD) senior leadership on sensitive activities and operational mission planning to create strategic advantage in-line with national security priorities. • Advise and assist executive leadership in the execution and statutory oversight responsibilities related to sensitive support activities and intelligence-related activities.• Analyze, evaluate, coordinate, and implement policies and programs supporting operational and sensitive activities for the DON, DoD, Intelligence Community (IC), and Interagency partners. • Oversee the management and execution of multiple Navy & Marine Corps national level programs supporting sensitive operations and interagency activities worldwide. • Assist the Director in the development of complex, multi-equity activities that create opportunities to integrate NSIO functions into strategies pertaining to sensitive programs.• Design, staff, and analyze plans and products that support intelligence operations and activities across multiple mission-related offices and agencies.• Develop a variety of financial and/or budgetary products and reports to advise on current and long-range operation plans. Manage, track, and de-conflict internal and external activities for the directorate. • Serve as key advisor for all facility, administrative, operational, and logistic related issues within the organization and collaborate with leadership on personnel processes to ensure a professional and efficient work environment.• Contribute to the development, coordination, and monitoring of detailed plans and/or objectives among various organizations and U.S. Government stakeholders, supporting operational and sensitive defense or military activities.• Maintain a workforce inspired to advance National Security objectives through decisive sensitive support activities and intelligence-related activities advantage.
