Our mission is to provide EDUCATION, MENTORSHIP, and RESOURCES to individuals within the correctional system for the purpose of helping them transition to become productive members of their community.PHASE 1: We start with adding value through a class called Defining Your Cheif Aim where members learn from books like \"The One Thing\" by Gary Keller and \"Think and Grow Rich\" by Napoleon Hill. While going through Defining Your Chief Aim, members are introduced to a community leader who is willing to mentor them. Success in Phase 1 is graduation, employment, and a clearer view on the direction each member wants to live their life.PHASE 2: On going support through group accountability, continued mentorship and education. Here is where we offer more intense focused learning specific to each members desired direction. The meet with an accountability group to ensure goals and progress are continuing as well as identifying areas which could be improved.PHASE 3: From member to mentor. Here is where those who have taken the journey for their own self improvement get to give back the value that has be given to them. Opportunities to mentor, engage, lead and even employ new members = MAJOR SUCCESS for Chaning Patterns, Inc.
