We also own a pipeline of drug discovery projects, which are enabled by our groundbreaking software platform.As a Recruiting Manager on the Strategic Growth team, I oversee the full recruiting life cycle, effectively employing Greenhouse Recruiting, LinkedIn, Google Suite, HackerRank, DocuSign, Skype, Zoom, and other platforms. My duties include actively sourcing talent, coordinating phone screens and interviews, interfacing with job applicants and hiring managers, taking references, recording interview feedback, creating and negotiating offers, and initiating on-boarding of new employees. I serve as my team\'s point person for the creation and revision of job descriptions across the company and also aid compensation research.
