As NOAA’s Climate-Ready Workforce Program Manager, I bring over 15 years of experience leading climate education and workforce development initiatives. I co-led the design and implementation of NOAA\'s $60M Climate-Ready Workforce program, advancing coastal community resilience and aligning with federal workforce priorities.
