Developed CI strategy to deliver a CI portfolio while also building a clear and effective CI Brand through various Communications channels and events. • Developed a Change Management Framework (approach) and Tools to support strategic Change programs - Digital Transformation, Data Management and Biologicals • Developing and delivering CI, Change Management and AGILE Training while supporting Practitioners to Lean Six Sigma accreditation. Development of Continuous Improvement and Change Management capabilities in RnD by promoting the use of the CI and CM Tools /Methodologies. • Support, coaching and mentoring to develop and expand the CI Network of practitioners and build leadership engagement. • Supporting the hands-on delivery of key strategic CI initiatives (as Project Lead and Scrum Master) aligned with RnD strategy while partnering with Senior leaders as Sponsors. Designing and facilitating workshops to progress and embed the associated deliverables. • Developed a Sponsorship Model and Workshopped it with Senior Leaders groups in RnD to better define the role of a Sponsor and measure Sponsor activity and interactions for CI and Change delivery. • Using Process mining with an external partner to use data to model our end-to-end processes and deliver faster and more measurable responses.
