Most of the thirty five years have been dedicated to building some the areas landmark building such as City Furniture Office/Showroom/Distribution Center in Broward County, Broward Performing Arts, Trump Hotel in Ft. Lauderdale, Hilton Hotel on Ft. Lauderdale Beach, Fisher Island Condominiums in Dade County, Dade County Aviation Department air side and land side cargo buildings and chiller plant, University of Miami Wellness Center, Florida\'s first Amonia Thermal Energy Storage Plant and chilled water loop system in Dade County and more.
