Average proposal size ranges from $200M to over a Billion, responsibilities include all aspects of proposal management working closely with Capture Management and Business Development Directors and senior executives of FlightSafety Defense Corporation. Develop high performing proposal teams working with subcontractors including small businesses of all categories training the warfighter in aircrew simulator and training services. Actively engaged in technical writing, win theme generation and value propositions with clear differentiators. Mentor new proposal managers and specialists in all aspects of proposal development working with engineering and manufacturing divisions. FlightSafety International provides mission-critical training programs and equipment to military and government flight crews the world over – including every branch of the U.S. armed forces. With operations at 28 U.S. military bases, we provide instruction on military pilot training, tankers, transport and tilt-rotor aircraft, helicopters, cargo load, and refueling boom operators. More than 40 national governments entrust FlightSafety-trained pilots with the safety of their diplomats and heads of state.
