I have 30 + Years of proven experience as a QA/QC, Title II Rep, Construction Manager, Construction Quality Management and Quality Control Systems Management. Been involved in project planning and management from conceptual design, design reviews, strategic mission/planning to providing technical support for day-to-day operations. Proven track record with executing the Quality Control Process with exceptional knowledge with the MEP discipline including mission critical electrical, mechanical and building monitoring systems (BMS) systems. Responsible for implementing quality control plans for CSA general construction activities as well as MEP equipment and system commissioning related activities. I am an action person with a sense of initiative who leads by example and is able to make effective, on the spot decisions. Expect me to empower/motivate employee involvement teams to effectively communicate with one another cultivating the ability to form self-directed work teams that promote leadership development. I directly oversee the entire documentation and physical inspection phase of the work flow process and work with in house personnel, external personnel and all third-party testing and inspections.
