My inner conviction is that technology has the potential to make the world a better place. This belief manifests itself in my passion for taking technology to the next level and finding new ways to foster and create innovation with businesses. To this day, my team and I are driven by this idea. In order to create innovation, talents need a great ecosystem to thrive. The best environment for growth, curiosity, and innovation is one with good leadership and teamwork. When I founded INVENSITY based on these principles in 2007, I was not aware of how much these topics would still affect our culture. The ups and downs have shaped the way I think and act. Now I share what I have learned along the way and what has helped me grow personally. I welcome conversations with others about all things leadership, technology, and innovation.
