Demographic change is not a horror scenario, rather a key factor influencing trends and technologies around the globe.I am advising companies, public authorities and non-profit organizations on the consequences of an ageing society for over 20 years.This involves innovation, communication and the impact on the labor market. In 2018, I initiated the first and so far only start-up award on demographic change in the GSA region, the SENovation Award. In 2021, I co-founded AgeForce1, the leading consultancy for hybrid retention and returnships.As a speaker, I share my experience at conferences, e.g. at SXSW or at the United Nations, and as a regular interview partner for media in Germany and abroad.
