Specialist and leader in seed treatments, with a lifelong affinity to nature and interest in agricultural science. As part of a career focus across more than two decades, I have experience in various areas of seed treatment leading to my current role heading the global SeedGrowth Center service network.I understand that every seed treatment process is different. Whether the seed treater is a Batch or Conti, big or small, stationary or mobile, on its own or integrated into a large seed plant facility – situations can be as different, just as every farm and field are different. There are no \'one-size-fits-all\' solutions in agriculture: every customer needs and deserves a different service, adjusted to their requirements.My current priority is making sure we, at Bayer SeedGrowth Centers, do all we can to deliver every element of that tailored service to the customers we work with – wherever they are in the world.
