    Leading implementation of comprehensive regional conservation for commercial and residential users through a variety of efficiency services. For outdoor water use, these include landscape consultations, landscape designs, irrigation audits, and collaborative water-efficient landscape transformation grants. Indoor use efficiency includes assessments, fixture retrofits, and resource recommendations. We build efficiency management capacity through developing and providing leading industry technical training and certification. We advance efficiency industry practices through developing sustainable landscaping strategies, tactics and tools. We build water efficiency awareness, appreciation, and action through communication and engagement. This occurs through general and targeted outreach including social media, articles in industry periodicals, staffing booths, presentations and panels at conferences, staffing booths, and hosting public meetings and events for partners and the general public. These efficiency services are delivered by staff and through strategic collaborations. Collectively we serve over one million people across 1.5 million acres, focusing on urban water use in Colorado\'s northern Front Range.
