   I am the freeze dry (lyophilization) and ALUS process engineer supporting deviations in the sterile plant. I supported all shutdowns over 10+ years in terms of the protocol reviews (pre execution, post execution and deviations), spec & SOP updates and colleague training. Served as the freeze drying process consultant for all freeze drying expansion efforts or upgrades. This includes new equipment, upgrades to existing equipment and relocation/startup of dryers.I am a hands-on engineer who ran the dryers and ALUS during C&Q and the start-up through initial integration. I executed all cycle tests in four recent freeze dry FATs and provided daily status updates for management when requested.Training I trained 20+ freeze dry colleagues in a 35+ module training course lasting 4-8months per session. This includes batch reports, charts, and equipment in the field, SCADA & process understanding. Completing this training is a requirement for advancement for certain levels. Product Transfers Main freeze dry point of contact on more than 10 product transfers to 4 dryer types in 2 plants.
