I serve as Senior Director of Learning and Enablement at BCN Telecom, where I lead the company’s Learning and Enablement Initiative and corporate AI Fluency Program. In this role, I am responsible for building a centralized, scalable learning ecosystem that strengthens onboarding, accelerates readiness, supports leadership development, and ensures consistent execution as BCN advances into its next phase of growth.I bring extensive experience in technology and telecommunications, with a proven track record of designing and implementing comprehensive corporate learning programs.
