Proactively enhanced monthly credit reviews of distressed assets in master servicing portfolio relative to valuation and advancing exposure. Constructively worked with product and analytical teams on new state of the art financial statement, rent roll, and quality control applications. Effectively directed internal and external team of inspectors across varied loan platforms and structure for ever-growing servicing portfolio.
