I am currently a SDE 2 at AWS working on Identity oriented AWS services. I was a Software Engineer II working on the Identity oriented aspects of Microsoft Teams.I was an Azure Service Engineer II at Microsoft. Focused on maintaining a healthy community index by providing public facing answers/docs/information so that customers feel comfortable moving to Azure knowing that there are enough resources to build solutions for their businesses, with my main focus being on Azure Security and Azure Active Directory.I had also worked in Azure Support Dev POD and mainly focused on Azure Active Directory, API Management, Service Fabric, and Cloud Services. I then migrated to Cloud Identity Developer Support where I focused on Azure Active Directory Development Issues regarding Microsoft Graph API, AAD Graph API, advisory on using V1 AAD endpoint vs V2 endpoint, unexpected errors when developing with AAD libraries or REST API, Easy Auth issues, security concerns, and all other AAD development related activities.    Worked on Java Instrumentation Agent to modify legacy code to comply to security standard, reducing total code changes required from 10s of thousands of lines to less than 1 thousand lines of required changes. • Architected, built, and deployed a AWS S3, Lambda, SQS, Athena, forwarding system to process information using CDK/IaC in Typescript, Python, and Shell scripts. • Automated service builds for new regions, giving the service zero-touch region builds, reducing engineering time required to build in a new region. • Re-architected legacy Java tomcat server code for better metric reporting and finer granularity for error handling• Managed AWS Account resources using python scripts to save on millions of dollars and make accounts be security compliant• Built documentation for teams across the organization to utilize for ramping up and learning about the team• Moderated Amazon wide newsletter SDE Good Reads with readers Amazon-wide• Worked on Spring LDAP and other LDAP related technologies• Performed necessary maintenance on managed directory service infrastructure to deliver the best customer experience• Performed holistic reviews on major software architecture and determined action plans for improving service• Built internal metric dashboards to track operational health of AWS service and built data-driven anomaly alarms to alert teams of issues for quick resolution before customer pain
