Broad is the best way to describe my professional experience. I have had the opportunity to to provide both assurance services, tax preparation services, and CFO outsourcing services to a wide array of business, industries and people. Most of my focus has been in the private equity, real estate and not for profit arena. For nearly five years I\'ve been handling the day to day financial and fund operations of one of Washington\'s largest PE firms with approximately $1 billion under management. That role has allowed me to experience almost every aspect of that industry, work with a great team, and manage the various processes and people to produce timely and accurate financial reporting.Specialties: Understand the mechanics of fund structure, tax reporting structure, limited partnership agreement structure, FAS 157 requirements, management company operations, investor relations, working with external auditors
