o In the position as Remote Fleet/ Site Operations Manager, I am responsible for several customers locations in Dallas / Ft. Worth, Texas, Denver, Colorado and both City of Industry and Pittsburg, California. Responsible for customer and driver satisfaction within the assigned location while meeting company goals for Safety and Compliance, Customer Service and annual objectives. The Fleet/Site Operations Manager position requires excellent customer relations and communication skills. As Fleet/Site Operations Manager, I am also responsible for but not limited to scheduling drivers, administrative task such as payroll, billing 3rd party, PO issuance, scheduling equipment maintenance and monitoring driver performance ensuring company policies including state, federal and DOT laws and regulations are in compliance at all times.
