Sr. Executive Consultant at Q-FINITY Quality Management, Germany Frank joined Q-FINITY after having worked for a major CRO (PAREXEL) for 11 years managing Technology Quality Management (TQM) Teams globally that were supporting computerized system validation projects before he lead the global Safety Services Quality Management Group (SSQM) during his last year at PAREXEL. Before he joined PAREXEL he has been working for 20 years working for a Schering AG (later Bayer AG). He started his career as a lab technician (biology) and later moved, after completing his studies at the Colleges of Commerce in Germany (VWA) into the Drug Safety area focusing on Project & Quality management, Computerized System Validation, End-user support and Business process support for Drug Safety systems. Over the last 20 years he gained extensive experience in planning, development, execution, documentation, and auditing of strategies, projects and measures for GxP regulated environments. He also actively participates in industry groups like ISPE GAMP, ACDM and others. ISPE Knowledge Network Council (KNC) GAMP representative Secretary of the ISPE GAMP Global Steering Committee Member of the ISPE GAMP Editorial Review Board Qualified ISPE GAMP Trainer
