Building off a strong foundation of generalist support, the team is able to assist their clients in growing their leadership abilities, talent pipelines, and front line engagement scores to sustained \"best in class\" levels.Partnered with a FTE business unit to successfully bring about cultural change during the transition from DIRECTV to AT & T. Implemented change management training with sr leaders to prepare them to be both targets and sponsors of organizational change. Played a key role in converting pay structures from piece rate to hourly and prepared both hundreds of leaders for how to lead and operate in a neutral card check environment with two different labor unions. Currently providing HR support for a business unit focusing on AI and Learning Platforms helping to source and engage the right talent for this recently developed team.
