ABOUT FRANK EHMAN

Frank has practiced law since 2006, and has focused his practiced on representing entrepreneurs and privately held businesses regarding corporate and transactional matters, including mergers, acquisitions, entity structuring/reorganizations, corporate governance, and general business matters, for a wide range of clients across various industries. Frank also provides estate planning services, ranging from a simple will, to family limited partnerships and complex trust structures, depending on client needs. He works with clients in all stages of growth, from start-ups, to growing enterprises and mature businesses, including work with everyday contractual and commercial needs, employee and contractor agreements, service agreements, licensing arrangements, and other commercial contracts and transactions essential to his clients’ operations. Frank\'s practice is relationship-driven, and grounded in a holistic understanding of each client’s true business and personal goals, serving as a trusted advisor on matters involving business, wealth, and life planning, including launching new ventures, protecting assets my clients worked hard to obtain, and navigating and negotiating complex personal and business acquisitions, transitions or liquidity events.
