SR 0081, Section 397, Luzerne County, PA, Project Manager responsible for overseeing the $42 million dollar reconfiguration of the existing Wilkes-Barre/Scranton International Airport/Avoca Interchange and the design of a new 1 mile long access road. SR 0926, Section 53S, Chester County, PAProject Manager responsible for the design and project delivery of the reprofiling of a 1500\' section of SR 0926 at the Brandywine Creek. Project entailed raising this frequently flooded stretch of SR 0926 to minimize the impact of flooding on the surrounding community. Design complicated by the need to eliminate a flood elevation increase while also minimizing impacts to adjacent historic properties.SR 0052, Section LWD, Chester County, PA, Project Engineer responsible for the completion PS & E package and acquisition of the NPDES permit for the relocation of a 1 mile stretch of highway through Longwood Gardens. This $15 million project entailed the realignment of PA Route 52 and the widening of U.S. Route 1. SR 0309, Sections 100 and 103, Montgomery County, PA, Project Engineer responsible for design of a 1.5 mile section of the main line and six access ramps. Responsible for completion of design, acquisition of NPDES permit, and creation of the PS & E packages for the $160 million dollar reconstruction of 3 miles of the expressway, including improvements at three interchanges.
