About Frank Dubasik
I am a Project Manager (Civil Engineer at the City of Phoenix working on the medium and large diameter distribution main program. I was a Project Engineer and engineering design supervisor at GHD from 2018 to 2023 where I focused on preliminary engineering services, including utility coordination, hydraulic analyses, cost estimates, specifications, shop drawing reviews, and construction administrations and inspections (CA & I) for water and wastewater facilities. I also have experience in supporting the operations of wastewater treatment facilities, including daily operation and maintenance, sampling and reporting, and in supporting asset management and environmental health and safety programs for municipal utilities. I served in the Peace Corps in Panamá as a water, sanitation and hygiene volunteer from 2015 to 2017. I studied Environmental Engineering as an undergrad at Northern Arizona University, and received my Masters in Environmental Engineering from Michigan Technological University in 2017.
