Also, in September 2019 I was the only non-academic speaker at the global prestigious Behavioural Insights Conference and panel discussion on diversity and inclusion.In September, 2018 named by the panel of HR Most Influential as one of the top \'Movers and Shakers\' for my consulting work/Caerus Executive regarding culture and inclusion- Non-Executive Director of City and Guilds Group• Worked for a CEO who is considered amongst the Top 10 ‘turnaround’ CEO’s globally• In July, 2017 I was awarded an Honorary Doctorate for services to the HR profession and commitment to Diversity.• Awarded Chartered Companion of The Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development• Listed as one of the 30 most influential HR Executives, In the UK.• (former) Non-Executive Director of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development/CIPD• I am the only HR Manager in the history of BT to ever be nominated twice for the coveted BT Quality Award (only one global, company-wide, team award is given annually by the Chairman). Further, I am the only HR Manager to ever win the BT Quality Award.Dubious distinction: The first Black male Group HR Director of a FTSE 100 company (and there has not been another since).On the ground international experience having lived and worked in New York City (USA), The Hague (Netherlands), Edinburgh (Scotland) and, London (England). Also, significant time spent travelling in Africa (Nigeria was key focus).As CEO of Caerus Executive, we advise companies to focus on inclusion in order to increase retention and progression strategies (we are not headhunters or a training firm). Clients include, the BBC, M&C Saatchi, UBS, Bloomberg, Viacom (MTV, Comedy Central, Channel 5),Royal Mail, Network Rail, Roche, Pfizer, Channel 4, SThree, Universal Music, Warner Music, Hogan Lovells and the FCA, to name a few. We have performed assignments in the UK, Africa and Chicago, Houston, San Francisco and New York.I have had the honour of being the only HR Director to speak at Buckingham Palace and, most recently Stormont in Northern Ireland. I also attended the High School of Music and Art, aka the \'Fame School.\' And, for a strange reason people actually ask me to speak at their conferences.
