About Frank Divita
Dr. Frank Divita has 20 years of experience managing and performing environmental studies. He has effectively applied his skills and knowledge toward leading teams and managing multi-million dollar programs. To date, he has authored 13 journal articles, 1 book chapter, 70 technical reports, and presented at over 45 conferences. Currently, Dr. Divita is the EPA Account Manager and Principal Scientist in Abt\'s Division of Health and Environment Division and oversees research projects on environment, policy and regulatory analysis, and climate change. Dr. Divita’s primary responsibilities include business development, revenue and profit growth, risk management, mentoring staff, and ensuring the fiscal health of the group. He also serves as the Quality Control Reviewer for projects which fall under his domain. Prior to joining Abt, Dr. Divita was the Division Director of an environmental consulting firm where he was responsible for operations, business development, and technical deliverables for three teams of engineers/scientists/software developers in two offices. He also managed projects related to air pollution, air quality, and information technology. Dr. Divita is a specialist in quality control procedures, air quality analysis, database development, statistical data analysis, regulatory impact analyses, and cost-benefit analysis.
