In my current role as Senior Team Leader of Condo & Condo Café at Yardi Canada Ltd, I lead two Teams of which we implement and support clients in the Property Management Industry with our Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) platforms. I also support the growth of 10 high-performing Technical Account Managers.Key Achievements:In 2018 I reenergized two dysfunctional Teams to high-performance Teams at Yardi Canada Ltd. by promoting a positive mindset, encourage collaboration, and bolstering company’s beliefs and values. Re-defined our day-to-day implementation processes. This included enhancing project timelines/workflows and utilization of knowledge sharing platforms such as Confluence & SharePoint.Since 2018, my Team and I have generated a 77% profit by taking care of our clients, which has resulted in continued annual partnerships with Yardi Canada Ltd.(pre & post implementations).In 2008 I was appointed the first Team Leader at Yardi Canada Ltd. of the Client Success Team of 14 Team Members. Successfully managed the Team for 10 years whereby I was then promoted to my current role.Led User Forums and presented product knowledge to our clients at YASC (Yardi Advanced Solutions Conference), two semi-annual conferences held in Washington DC & San Diego CA.
