We also have a Key program for CFOs, COOs, VPs, etc, and smaller business owners. 2- Nationally known speakers are brought in to conduct 1/2 day workshops at 8 of our 12 monthly board meetings; afternoons are spent in confidential round table discussions of best practices and problem solving. 3- Monthly 1 on 1 coaching sessions enable constructive examination of issues and accountabilities. 4- A members-only website provides access to best practice resources and connects over Vistage members worldwide.
