ABOUT FRANK CURRAN
I have an extensive background in public sector consultancy and leadership, mainly within social care, housing and community safety. Since 2002 I have delivered 350+ consultancy projects for more than 120 clients in local and central government and the VCSE sector, with a focus on complex commissioning and transformation. In 2022 I stepped down as Head of Consulting for RedQuadrant, with the (successful) objective of a better work-life balance. However, I retain a particular interest in four areas:1. Helping social care systems deliver better outcomes for people with care needs (including user focused system and pathway redesign and commissioning)2. Helping broader public services deliver better outcomes for people with multiple and complex needs, including people experiencing homelessness, substance misuse and mental health problems, and ex-offenders 3. Helping care providers to work better with commissioners (including contracting and pricing of services) 4. Helping consultancies work better with public sector clients (including proposal development, tendering and client relationships) I bring considerable experience in delivering change in these areas.
