I have a strong background in business administration, management, and operations, and I am certified in inclusive leadership, high performance habits, and managing new managers. My mission is to deliver outstanding guest service, achieve financial goals, and establish a career path for team members and management team.While a district manager for The Habit Burger Grill starting in 2016, I have set district goals that drive company goals, scorecard performance, and P&L success. I have demonstrated a mastery of operations, tools, systems, and processes via restaurant visits and follow-up. I have selected and developed great people, and I have influenced and inspired individuals up and down the chain. I have also opened new stores while expanding the company footprint and reach in the region.
