About Frank Chetcuti

Since I began my professional career at Franchise World Headquarters, LLC in 2014 I have moved from an entry level Operations Specialist to Operations Project Manager to my present position as Project Manager- Equipment Design and Décor. As an Operations Project Manager I was the project manager assigned to lead an $80 million project to bring a restaurant partial remodel package to over 23,500 restaurant locations across the United States. The project included a new beverage dispenser (Crathco Simplicity Bubbler), new menus and marketing materials, stainless steel food pans and other various equipment smallwares. In my role as Project Manager of Equipment, Design and Décor my responsibilities included managing, tracking and reporting on a remodel grant program for 10,600 of the US franchisees.In 2019 I earned Game Changer of the Year of the year award. This award was given to 3 individuals at Franchise World Headquarters that made the largest positive impact on franchisees that past year.I also have continued my post college education by earning a Certification in Applied Project Management (CAPM) and Green Belt Six Sigma certification. I am currently pursuing my Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
