My role combines strategic direction with hands-on work in building a modern, trustworthy certification body for sustainable tourism. I work closely with our auditors, partners, and the wider TourCert ecosystem to ensure that our services are professional, transparent, and truly helpful for companies and destinations.I drive Odonata’s organizational development, international projects, and business relationships, while fostering an open, respectful culture where expertise and values matter. A key part of my work is shaping Odonata’s digital solutions and developing B2B offerings that make sustainability certification more accessible, efficient, and relevant.
