About Frank Arce
With more than 20 years in higher education, I’m a mission-driven leader who believes education is both a public good and a powerful vehicle for social mobility. I currently serve as the Assistant Dean for Admissions and Financial Aid at the Harvard Graduate School of Education, where I lead strategy, operations, and policy across admissions and financial aid in support of HGSE’s mission and long-term goals. My work centers on expanding access, affordability, and student success—especially for traditionally underserved populations. I bring deep experience across enrollment management, student affairs, and financial aid, and I’m passionate about building strong teams, improving systems, and using data thoughtfully to inform decisions while keeping people and values at the center.I hold an Ed.D. in Leadership and Innovation from New York University and an M.S. in Higher Education from Purdue University Global.
