About Frank Alexander
Enjoyed (mostly!) almost four decades in commercial real estate. Structured 250+ development / investment transactions totaling over $1 billion in value. For the past 20+ years I’ve been part of the excellent Primax Properties team, developing high-credit income-producing retail and office projects nationwide, from Maine to Wisconsin to Florida and all points between. My job is driving the development process from start to finish — customer sourcing and relationship management, project site selection, financial underwriting, design and value engineering, lease negotiation, permitting entitlement, construction. and then handing our tenants the keys and assuring their satisfaction as their landlord. Prior to entering the development world I spent 17 years as a commercial broker arranging shopping center sales for private and institutional clients, and co-founded one of the Southeast’s highest-volume investment property brokerage firms. I’ve always considered my “job description” to be, solving my customers\' real estate challenges while having some fun along the way.
