ABOUT FRANK AGUILAR-MARTINEZ

I’m a Mexican-American Marketing student at CUNY Baruch College with a passion for brand strategy, social media, graphic design, sports marketing, and customer experience.My passion for marketing began by helping grow my family’s restaurant, Poké Tiky Bar, where I supported content creation (Canva, Photoshop), digital promotions, and ad campaigns. This hands-on experience showed me how impactful digital marketing can be for small businesses and sparked my drive to pursue it professionally.Currently, I’m a Social Media Manager at Lopez & Associates Behavior Consulting, managing content creation and strategy across platforms to support parent education, trust-building, and service awareness in a healthcare setting. I also serve as a Digital Marketing & Branding Intern at Stapledon Arts, where I support content strategy, branding initiatives, and digital best practices while helping support youth empowerment within the local community.In addition, my retail experience at Nike strengthened my understanding of customer behavior, brand storytelling, and delivering consistent brand experiences in fast-paced environments. Working directly with customers helped sharpen my communication skills, adaptability, and ability to represent a brand authentically on and off the sales floor.Previously, I’ve gained experience at Full Funnel Growth and William Schwitzer & Associates PC, further developing my teamwork, client communication, and content creation skills across both digital and in-person settings.Outside of work, I’m an avid baseball and basketball fan (#LGM!) and enjoy creating sports-related content.
