Litigation Lawyer and Principal at the collection and recovery law firm of CTL Legal Professional Corporation (CTL Law). Francois practices across Canada in both civil and common law, in both French and English. Researcher and Writer, Francois is also currently writing a book on Debt Recovery in Canada as well as a White Paper regarding the changes and challenges currently faced by the Canadian Courts and the legal and collection industry in Canada, all this in light of an increasing demand for the legal collection of receivables.After cutting his teeth in the profession writing memos and draft judgments for the judges of Federal Court of Appeal, Francois practiced as a litigator for several years in downtown Toronto. Today, following his acquisition of two national collection practices, he is building and leading a rapidly growing debt recovery and assets repossession practice by deploying cutting-edge technology with a proactive legal strategy.
