ABOUT FRANCOIS KHAN

It\'s all about People, Education and Impact. People : What I like about work is taking care of people. While always trying to be data-driven, what drives me is to ensure that everyone understands the benefits of what we try to achieve, is willing and able to change, and can navigate through challenges and risks in a complex and scary journey. Large IT transformation, M&A, culture changes, organization transformation. organizations are now in a constant state of change and it is scary for everyone. From high-level challenges such as supporting and advising leaders to align on their vision and goals to very tactical challenges such as building the right strategy, plan and process and executing it to support employees in their changes, my ultimate goal is to say \"Everything is going to be ok\". Education: Future of Work and AI. Understanding and educating myself and preparing an organization on what their future looks like, with the rise of AI, is my current objevtive. How can we enhance the human workforce? how can we co-habitate with AI? Understand the business and the people around this business are huge challenges that I am taking part of. While I am still in my own education phase, it allows me to push my \"out-of-the-box\" thinking further. Impact: I don\'t save lives for sure. But I want to make an impact. An impact to an organization, but also to each individual I am working with. Could be supporting, coaching on how to deliver/perform or just doing the extra mile that can change their work or their thinking. Impact outside of work too. Supporting the next generation when they face challenges, lack of education, lack of support, inequality, discriminations, an environment that doesn\'t allow them to dream bigger and work harder. Lots of great people helped and trusted me, and I want to give it back.
