ABOUT FRANÇOISE LEHMANN

Since 2013, I have had the privilege of being the Global Brand President of Lancôme, a brand that embodies values of transmission and care that are dear to my heart, and that have always inspired my journey as a woman, and as a leader. For almost 90 years since its creation, Lancôme stays true to the visionary spirit of its founder, Armand Petitjean, who believed in empowering all women to shine from the inside out and to dare to be happy. At Lancôme, we believe that happiness is the most powerful source of beauty, and we aim to empower women with the freedom to express their true selves, and to provide them with high quality and innovative products. A graduate from HEC (Business School in Paris) I have spent my entire career within the L’Oréal Group, holding various positions in different divisions, which allowed me to work across all aspects of the consumer journey, and thus develop a strong vision for Lancôme. From my childhood and teenage years spent abroad, I have kept an open, aware, and diverse vision of the world, which I feed into my work daily. As one of the leading luxury beauty brands, Lancôme has a responsibility in contributing to addressing the environmental and societal challenges we face today by trying to build together a brighter, more inclusive, and sustainable future for all. Whether it’s within the teams, in the choice of our spokespersons, or in the design of our products, we put inclusion and diversity at the heart of our approach. I proudly lead this mission with my Lancômmunity, a passionate, invaluable, and talented team I have work with every day.
