Developed sophisticated DOMO Dashboards which allows Executive Leaders make key decisions. Developed accurate dashboards reflecting Gross Margin, Commodity Forecasts, Product Management, Pricing Variances, Production Yield Variances and Inventory which are viewed often by Senior Leadership, Sales, Pricing, Procurement, Operations and Finance teams. Performs weekly gross margin analysis (using DOMO report) and presents these findings to the CFO, Director FP & A and Director of Pricing. Executes deeper dives into sub-optimal products’ performances and compares these figures to the pricing model to determine variances and recommends action plans to aid recovery. Through rigorous analysis, personally identified $1.7M of lost revenue due to pricing issues. Worked with Accounts Receivables, Customer Service and Pricing to recover this revenue and more importantly to mitigate risks in the current process by developing DOMO reports which would trigger or allow visibility of possible mis-pricings. Developed models to determine revenue and cost of materials forecasting for budgetary purposes.Working collaboratively with other departments (plants, customer service, procurement, pricing, R&D and quality) to help them develop and use DOMO reports which allows better efficiency, insights into their work. Also did DOMO training for all levels of staff (formal classes & 1:1).Managing and guiding junior analyst on DOMO reporting and vendor claims management.
