Customer Service: Ensure that the customer service philosophy is upheld in the daily activities of the security service.Management and Recommendations: Manage the security department and make recommendations to improve security.Tenant and Client Satisfaction: Continuously monitor satisfaction and attitudes towards security.Recruitment and Training: Participate in hiring security personnel and implement training programs.Incident Response Plans: Develop and update incident response plans.Assigned Tasks: Carry out tasks assigned by the General Director and the Director of Security.Operational and Administrative Responsibilities: Assume responsibilities related to security functions.External Relations: Develop and maintain relationships with the Ville Mont-Royal police and fire departments.Report Management: Maintain and track security reports, acting on recommendations.Request Management: Receive, process, and follow up on requests related to security, fire prevention, and maintenance.Compliance with Procedures and Laws: Ensure adherence to established procedures and current laws (OHS, WHMIS, Building Code, Tobacco Act, etc.).Emergency Decisions: Make decisions in emergencies and quickly inform superiors.Security Inspections: Conduct and record regular security inspections, addressing identified hazards.Knowledge of Standards and Equipment: Master the standards, regulations, equipment, and security systems.Evacuation Management: Assist in managing evacuations and emergency responses.Support for the Health and Safety Committee: Assist and support the Committee in its functions.Legal Compliance: Understand and adhere to the employer\'s legal responsibilities regarding workplace health and safety.
