After a great carrer in the PLM domain, I moved to Program management. I am responsible of IT applications in Faurecia Interiors. I am responsible of PPM application and business intelligence. I participate as well in the definition of program management practices, especially in PM framework, and resource management.Recently I replace an old reporting tool by Microstrategy, connected to PPM and Finance applications, as well as unstructured sources. This year we will replace our PPM application, upgrading to Sciforma.Previously as manager for Engineering applications, I was responsible of all PLM activities, collaborative applications and SAP practices for engineering and manufacturing engineering for one branch of business, covering engineering and manufacturing functional developments. I managed the IT investment budget for the BG worldwide.I have about 20 years of experience about PLM, from implementation of solutions, project manager, data migration, and functional consulting.My former experience focus on engineering simulation, web based applications, and Enterprise Application Integration (EAI).I hold a PhD in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Paris.Specialties: Strong focus on automotive, transportation, aeronautics and defense industries. Focus on global efficiency in the product development process.
