My adeptness at managing large-scale teams and complex projects—ranging from digital transformations at major financial institutions to ERP implementations in manufacturing—has equipped me with the skills to navigate multiple time zones, stakeholders, and third-party vendors. As a Certified Human Resources Professional (CHRP) and a former member of the IIBA, my domain knowledge spans a variety of business methodologies such as PMBOK, BABOK, Agile Scrum, Lean, proprietary methodologies and Kanban. Throughout my career, I\'ve led numerous high-impact projects. As a Program Director, I orchestrated a comprehensive digital transformation program for the largest credit union in Canada, supervising over 90 resources across multiple third-party vendors and numerous Oracle applications. Additionally, I have led successful technology initiatives at one of the largest Not-For-Profit organization in North America, including the implementation of IT governance committees, management dashboards, and IP telephony systems.
