What gets me thrilled everyday? Leading complex projects and learning at the same time!I have had the privilege to lead projects with very different teams, Engineering, IT, Operations, Product Management, Support, Sales to transform their business. For example, introducing new switches and routers HW product and beating quality metrics before full production, defining requirements and roadmap for cloud licensing capabilities to support 100M$ in additional revenue, leading SW teams to increase test automation to decrease the number of open defects for a SaaS products, or transitioning a large Healthcare Customer with complex networks from fighting bugs to proactively delivering SW solutions with no escalation. Right now, I am working at Agtonomy, a startup building a platform to automate tractors from our partners where aligning SW and HW in a crazy fast environment is key to deliver the next product!Whether the projects carry ambiguity and chaos or involve teams from very different organizations, it’s always a pleasure to get the teams to the finish line per schedule and per quality no matter the complexity, and at the same time, satisfy my endless curiosity!
