Led by Franco Vigna, M.D, M.P.H, the Spine Surgery of Buffalo Niagara team specializes in spinal solutions. Dr. Vigna is committed to the development of new technologies and treatments in spinal surgery. He has been honored as one of the top American orthopedists in spinal care, according to the Consumers’ Research Council of America, 2009.
